From Stress to Strength – a 30-Day Journey to Peace Register Now!

Life has a way of piling on responsibilities until even the strongest among us feel overwhelmed. Parents balancing family demands, empty nesters navigating new seasons, students juggling deadlines, entrepreneurs chasing vision, and professionals carrying heavy workloads — stress shows up in every stage of life. But peace is possible, even in the middle of it all.

That’s why I created From Stress to Strength, a 30-day journey designed to help you discover clarity, calm, and resilience rooted in faith. Based on my bestselling book and the Reflect · Restore · Revive method, this program offers practical tools and spiritual encouragement to transform stress into spirit-led strength. Each week, you’ll receive worksheets that guide you through reflection, Scripture, journaling, and prayer — rhythms that restore your soul and help you breathe peace into daily life.

This isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level motivation. It’s about anchoring yourself in God’s promises, building resilience through faith, and leaving behind a legacy of peace. You’ll begin to see stress differently — not as a weight to carry alone, but as an opportunity to lean into God’s strength and walk renewed.

To make this journey accessible, the From Stress to Strength Lunch-and-Learn will meet Tuesdays from noon to 1 p.m. in Room 138 at the Richmond, KY branch of the Madison County Library. Classes run January 6–February 3.

Parents, Empty Nesters, Students, Entrepreneurs, Professionals — bring your lunch and discover peace in times of overwhelm. Weekly worksheets included.

The class is FREE. Register today to save your spot and step into the strength God has prepared for you!

    About the book

Reflect Restore Revive – Overcoming Anxiety Through the Power of Faith

Millions of Americans grapple with anxiety daily; women are twice as likely to struggle with anxiety and its effects and many Christians are among the statistics. Having lived with anxiety for much of her adult life, author, Tabitha Rector, adopted the Reflect Restore Revive process. It is a simple approach inspired by biblical prophets and psalmists.

Inspired by the prayers of these people of God, Tabitha discovered her worth as God sees her, learned how to draw closer to God, trusting Him more, began to consciously retrain her thinking, and in the process developed a close and loving relationship with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. As a result, Tabitha no longer allows anxiety to rule in her life and it does not have to rule in your life either.

Friends, as a result of purchasing the book and engaging in the Reflect Restore Revive method, you too can discover the spiritual treasure Tabitha found.

    This process:

  • God’s Unfailing Presence

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.”

    Isaiah 41:10

Fear thrives on isolation, but God promises His presence in every trial we face. In our most challenging moments, it’s easy to feel alone and convinced that we must navigate our struggles without support. However, the assurance of His companionship reminds us that we never walk alone into uncertainty or hardship. His faithful companionship transforms our moments of loneliness into an opportunity for confident courage. When we acknowledge that God walks alongside us, we can face our fears and challenges with renewed strength and hope. It’s through this divine presence that we gain the courage to conquer the trials of life, knowing that we are embraced by love and understanding.

“His faithful companionship transforms our moments of loneliness into an opportunity for confident courage.”

    Faith Application

As a practical step, write “God is with me” on a sticky note and place it where you’ll see it often today. Whenever you glimpse this note, take a moment to breathe deeply and reflect on the truth that you are never alone. Allow the knowledge of His unwavering presence to fill your heart with peace, helping you navigate each moment with faith and resilience. Embracing this truth can transform our perspective, allowing us to approach life’s uncertainties with a sense of assurance and tranquility.

    Prayer

Father, we thank you for your presence that goes with us always. Thank you for filling us with your peace and for protecting us from dismay and alarm. You are so good to us. You fight for us, and we need only be still. We are so grateful for your unfailing love and faithfulness. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
