Revived Spirit Overcome Anxiety Through the Power of Faith

About Revived Spirit Founder, Coach and Guide

Tabitha A. Rector

Tabitha is a proud University of Kentucky alumna with over 30 years of experience in banking, sales, management, entrepreneurship, and coaching. As a certified professional coach, she helps individuals unlock their potential, clarify their goals, and refine the skills needed for success.

Her passion for faith-driven, healing stems from her own battle with excessive stress and anxiety, which led to a burning desire to help other women find peace and freedom through Christ. Guided by God’s Word, she empowers those struggling with trauma and hopelessness, showing them how to embrace healing through faith and her step-by-step holistic method.

Her journey is anchored in the truth: “I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength” (Philippians 4:13). She firmly believes that “God works all things together for the good of those who love Him” (Romans 8:28), and she is devoted to sharing that message with others.

Residing in Kentucky, Tabitha enjoys hiking, gardening, and staying connected to her community. She cherishes her role as a mother to her son, Trevor, a management professional in Florida, and is kept on her toes by her energetic puppy, Theo.
